I love the wrist rests for my keychron, and it transitions seamlessly to my vertical mouse.
I purchased this wrist rest for the Keychron Q11 Ultra for Mac, and while the width is correct and it matches the split keyboard well, the overall product is disappointing. The main issue is that the profile is too flat: it does not raise my hands into a comfortable typing position. The supplied adhesive pads appear to be intended for placement along the longer edge closer to the keyboard, adding a slight tilt, but even when used this way the elevation is still not enough. I also find the pad solution itself very poor. Every other wrist rest I have used had proper custom-made rubber feet on the bottom, which provide grip without sticking to the desk. These adhesive pads feel like the cheapest possible option: they initially stick to the desk, then start losing adhesion and come off easily. For a custom-designed accessory, especially at this price, that feels surprisingly low-effort. The cork material also does not feel premium to me; it makes my hands feel slightly dirty (it's a porous material) and too warm during use. Considering that a generic wooden wrist rest can be bought for about half the price with much faster delivery, this product does not feel like good value. It fits the keyboard in width, but in comfort, materials, stability, and overall execution, it falls well short of what I expected.

Re: pads–The pads are attached to a card with a QR code which should explain that they are rarely needed (only for the most slippery of surfaces) as cork has natural grip. Did you try the rest without the adhesive pads? Perhaps it is no-skid enough without them.
Re: height–The product page lists the height as 0.75” which is comfortable for most. What would the ideal height be for you? Perhaps I could include a riser or send you some taller rubber feet which may solve both issues?
