What is your return policy?
We are confident you will love your palm rest and offer a no-risk 30 day return policy. No questions asked. We pay return shipping.
When will I get my order?
Free standard ground shipping in the US with an option for expedited shipping for an additional fee.
All products are handmade and made to order so please expect up to 2-5 business days before shipping. Every order is personally inspected and packed by hand before it goes out.
Do you ship to me?
We currently only ship to customers in the US. Want us to ship to you? Let us know.
What is your warranty?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don't love your Tactiya product for any reason, send it back and we'll even cover the return shipping.
All products are also warranted against defects in material and workmanship for six months from the ship date, under normal use. Warranty claims require your order number and matching email, and any unauthorized modification voids the warranty.
